I buy from dozens of Vendors on Auction Ninja every week/month. This is the only one who clearly misrepresents the products. This is the only negative review I have ever left. Spent almost $600 and had to throw out multiple items including a rusted out fan that I put right into their dumpster so it wouldn't trash my vehicle. No photos of the rusted out back, no mention of the rust. Paid $146 plus fees for a framed sketch of a known artist. Ended up being a cheap calendar page worth nothing! She claims ignorance but chose not to list it as a print, but instead as an etching that I and many others presumed to be original. It was not a sketch as advertised but this seller is either incompetent or unethical or both. Buyer beware.

I absolutely remember you. You were very rude to our staff over a used fan that you paid $6 for. Another Buyer heard and asked if she could have it as she didn’t see what you had an issue with. Now, eight months later, you ask for a refund for an item that you sold on eBay and it was returned due to the way that you listed it. We in no way stated this was an original. It was in an old wooden frame that I believe was taped together we do not take apart items in order to determine the authenticity that is up to the buyer to determine how much value it has to them. We offered a preview of all of our items and you did not attend. In addition, this was a copied item from a previous auction that the listing was the exact same and sold for $12, but not picked up. The seller requested we relist it. There was no fraudulent listing, just uneducated buying. Trashing a business eight months later because you possibly listed it as an original is not our fault. Everything is listed in the terms and conditions, and the buyer has to take some responsibility on bidding accordingly.

Items were shipped in a envelope and arrived in shambles after waiting for weeks. Very disappointed. The items should have been shipped in a box. They are glass items.

I dropped them off at UPS as you requested. I did not have anything to do with the shipping. Please bring your concerns up with them. I don’t ship glass items through USPS in order to prevent this situation from occurring. All of my shipping goes out immediately following and arrives the week after close. Please contact Muzzy at the UPS store to address this issue. And I hope you consider correcting my review as I was not involved in the shipping.
