I arrived to pick up my items there was a woman there who was fairly pleasant and a man there who was fairly unpleasant. But whatever I'm not reviewing personalities. What I am reviewing is the fact that one of my mixed lots came missing both a watch and a multi-tool. I told the gentleman it was missing the items he said yeah I'm using them and he dropped a pocket knife onto my clipboard and said take this instead. I refused and said I wanted the items that I had had won at auction. he got upset, snatched a pen out of my hand, wrote down some notes, and told me that he would mail it to me. Fairly unpleasant and also I never received my items in the mail. 100% would not do business with this vendor again.
