*Please bring a photo ID, and/or the physical credit card used to complete the transaction when picking up high value items.
*Please send a copy of your signed invoice via email if a 3rd party shipper is picking up the goods.
Since we deal with vintage, and sometimes rare items, this option is not always possible. Due to the vintage nature of our sale items, these items are as is and no returns or exchanges. Please carefully inspect your items and read descriptions before purchase. Please ask any questions you may have prior to purchase. We do our very best to list any flaw and or damages to items the best we can in the description and document it with the photos.
Items must be picked up between 10am and 6pm the day after close of the auction. All items must be paid in full prior to pick up. You will receive pick up address in your confirmation email. Pick up City is in Greeley Colorado. Seller not responsible for items not picked up within the time given for pick up. You can call and we can do our best to accommodate but it is the sellers responsibility to arrange for the pick up of your auction items. IF you do NOT show up within the time frame given on your win email, your items will automatically be shipped, and you will see an adjustment to your original charges, to include the cost of shipping, handling, and materials to pack and ship your items to you.
*If for any reason your card does not authorize the shipping charges for your item, and you do not show up within the time frame given for pick up, buyer agrees to forfeit their purchase without refund. Accomdiations can be made occasionally, however we need you to do your best to arrive within the pick up window. It is very important that you read and understand the terms and conditions prior to purchase.
*Shipping is available at the cost of the buyer. Items will be carefully packaged and shipped via either USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of the items which ever is the less expensive option of the two. Items will be carefully packaged, bubble wrapped if fragile and sent insured. Despite our best efforts, rarely an item will arrived damaged. If there is ever an instance where an item arrives damaged, you will need to send photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging for our insurance claim purposes. We will refund your money, or you can have the option to not receive a refund and instead receive a replacement, only if we are able to find one which insurance will cover.
*If you choose to have your items shipped, smaller, or lighter items typically will be shipped through USPS ground and the shipping cost will be added to your invoice as an adjustment at or near the time of purchase and charged to your card. This may look unusual, but the original charge will fall off, and the new charges with shipping included will appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation after purchase, if you want to have your items shipped, instructions in that email will tell you to respond to that email letting me know you would like shipping. If you do nothing, and do not show up for the pick up window, your items will automatically be shipped, and your card automatically charged. If the item is a larger, bulky or heavy item, it may need to be shipped through UPS for it to be the best and lowest shipping price.
