I try to stop into Hewitt's physical location about once a week, and it's always worth the visit. The customer service is excellent, and the store itself is a great place to browse-there's always something new, interesting, and unique to discover. Their inventory turns over quickly, which keeps things exciting and gives you a reason to check back often. If I'm anywhere near the area, I make it a point to swing by.

This was my first time participating in one of their auctions, and the experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Everything was well organized, communication was clear, and pickup was easy. The subwoofer and speakers I purchased were exactly as described and worked perfectly.

Hewitt has clearly built a reputation for quality and professionalism, and they live up to it every time. I've come to expect great things from them and they never disappoint. I highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys antiques, collectibles, or just finding something truly unique.

I love doing business with Hewitt. Every shipment (3) I've gotten from them is expertly packaged! Never an item damaged and never an item missing. If any issues, they call and are easy and nice to communicate with. No complaints! Thank you very much!

I texted about shipping and received a response saying sorry and that they would find and ship. That never happened. I assume that this will never be corrected, and I am out the cost of the items and cannot get in touch with the seller.

ZERO response to my phone calls and texts until it was too late and then they still didn't address the issues. Voice mailbox full for days. Pickup times were incorrectly posted and not updated when I mentioned it, and I had to wait for an hour for them to arrive. Totally could have been avoided. I have had excellent service at ALL the other auction houses. Not sure I will revisit all that again....

Seller is bit slow to respond, and it took a while to ship the items, but they arrived well packaged after the wait.

The packaging was perfect! Whoever did it, did it with purpose. Clearly knows the perfect techniques. Everything in perfect condition. Reasonable shipping price. Excited for their next auction! 10/10 would recommend!
