About Us

Lighthouse Estate Sales is your answer to household liquidation. We handle down-sizing your estate with care, sensitivity and professionalism.

We take great pride in simplifying the process of selling your estate while getting you maximum profit.

All of our estate sales are conducted online and we have found that the expanded audience and bidding enthusiasm generated on the internet increase sale proceeds compaired to traditional in-person estate sales.

Additionally, this format maintains the seller's privacy and limits the risks and exposures associated with a traditional estate sale.

If you are an estate executor or just looking to downsize, get in touch with us today to schedule a complimentary, no-obligation evaluation of your property by a member of our experienced staff.

We offer highly competitive commission rates, and since our sales are conducted online, seller's receive an itemized inventory list and settlement check.

I will pay for the wheelbarrow but will not pick it up. I did not realize the location when I bid. I live in NY. As I said I will pay the invoice and you can give te wheelbarrow to someone.

The LxTek printer supplies and the cords, that went to the laser printer, were missing. The lady offered to give me a refund for a component of the $9. It was almost condescending. Like- 'this is so cheap' I shouldn't complain. But, I drove all the way to Loveland and was hopeful about the laser printer. I don't want to spend any money, and make a long drive, to end up taking home things that are broken or missing parts or missing items that make the part work. Sure, $9 is cheap- but that's not the point. My time is costly and the fun of bidding and winning in getting a great deal and something that you want. Not about the money. It was about the experience! - which for me, left me dissatisfied.

Super professional and very organized in all areas. Concise descriptions with action to details on any percieved imperfection. The embodiment of honesty and conscientiousness towards both the buyer and seller. I will be on the look out for their next auctions/estate sales.
Thank you

Love buying from this seller. Everything is organized and pick up is easy. Leah was wonderful and helped me carry a heavy Christmas tree upstairs so that I could load it in my vehicle.
