Won this beautiful piece and drove an hour each way for pick up and there was a needed piece missing for hanging the fixture. The pictures shown showed the piece hanging and complete and nothing in the description nothing missing pieces. The seller seemed unhappy that I won the bid at low cost and when I asked about the missing piece said that I got everything that was with the fixture and could have possibly been lost in shuffling it around. These people need to put a little more care into the handling of others property. With the item being now in complete I can't install it without Jerry rigging it. Not happy with this transaction as I have spent $1000's of dollars on these auctions.
