I won items in two of their auctions. The first time, during pickup, they were crazy busy and could only find a few of my items. I told Anne that I was bidding on the second auction, so she had until that pick up date to locate my other items. I contacted her after the second auction and she was very apologetic and said some of my items had been sold (again). She told me she would "make it right" - but I have not heard from her since. No response to my emails. My last email requested a refund on both auctions and I would consider us even. I have not received any response. My last resort is to leave this review...

Listing said there were extra ink cartridges for printer but the cartridges were for a different type of printer and they were empty.
