Cold and snowy pick up but they had it handled well. Long line when I was there but everyone came early to make the Broncos game. Only complaint would be having a pick up on a Sunday when there was a playoff game otherwise Thanks for another great auction Noco!!!

I have had great experiences with this company in the past but expected this pick up to be tough given the huge amount of inventory and large items requiring fork lifts, etc. I was prepared for a long wait and chaos. I was amazed at how quickly pick up was and how on top of it they were. Great job Noco Estate Sales, guess I never should have doubted you lol

Very difficult to reach and overcharging on shipping. Shipping is more than the item. Not responsive or nice. Even after a review no response

We’re sorry you feel this way, but we do need to clarify the situation. Our Shipping & Handling fees are fully disclosed in our Terms of Service, displayed to all customers, and must be agreed to before any purchase is made. Shipping rates come directly from the carriers we use (UPS or USPS), and the handling portion covers packaging, processing, and order preparation. We responded to your messages and explained this policy multiple times, and we stand by the terms you accepted when placing your bid. Your order was packaged and ready to ship, and we reached out when your card declined the Shipping & Handling charge in an effort to complete the transaction. Because you refused to pay the required S&H, we were unable to ship your order. You then requested a refund, which we declined, as your winning bid prevented another customer from purchasing the item. We are easy to reach and answer calls daily. You did not contact us by phone, but we responded to your emails and provided all necessary information. While we understand your frustration, it is important to review a company’s policies before placing a bid.

Terms & Conditions

Local pick up: I agree to the pick up date and time. I agree to forfeit my purchase without refund if I do not make the pick up time. I agree to pay a $15 flat fee for late arrival if I arrive after the scheduled pick up time. We may or may not be available after the pick up time has ended so please arrive on time. There will be no pick up possibility after the scheduled pick up date and time have ended.
Labor MAY or MAY NOT be available to help you carry your heavy items like furniture, so please plan accordingly. If we are available to help please realize that our staff may be busy helping other customers and you may have to wait until we have the time to assist you. A damage waiver will need to be filled out prior to our assisting and a charge of $10 per staff member utilized will be applicable. We recommend that you arrive with your own labor to move furniture and other heavy items as we MAY or MAY NOT be available to assist.
Shipping: Shipping cost is the price of postage for USPS or UPS plus a $5 or $15 handling fee. We will consolidate as many items into one box as possible. Breakable items (Glassware, etc.) may require their own box to ensure protection.  Shipping items must be listed as Shipping Available. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. If an item is not listed for shipping and you wish to request shipping please contact us to discuss. Any and all damage done in shipping is covered up to $100 insurance through either UPS or USPS and claim is to be made through them. NoCo Estate Sales is not liable for damages done through shipping.
Items in our auctions are AS IS. Please utilize the pictures as part of the item description. If an item is electric or battery powered it has been tested before being listed in the auction unless it states not tested in the item description. If you have a question regarding an item feel free to contact us.
Abandoned furniture items or any item furniture sized that is not picked up shall be charged a $25-$75 fee per item not picked up depending on size. We are required to move out any purchased items from the sale that are not picked up. This fee will be assessed and charged to your credit card you have on file if you abandon and do not pick up the furniture items you have purchased.

* If a pick up is missed and if your item is still available then in some instances we may agree to bring your item/items to another pick up date and location. There is a $15 to $25 fee depending on size of your order for the storage of and transportation of your item/items. We will not store or transport larger items like furniture.
