My first, and now last, transaction with this company was marked by both a logistics error and a complete failure of customer service.
​The initial issue involved an item being incorrectly delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted them for resolution, the experience was highly unsatisfactory.
​I was connected with a representative named "Linda," who demonstrated a striking lack of knowledge regarding standard claims and recovery protocols. She initially expected me to coordinate the retrieval of the package. After I explained the appropriate claims process, she stated that the USPS would redeliver the item but could not provide any supporting documentation-no new tracking number, no claims case ID, and no evidence that the original delivery had been reversed or retrieved.
​When I raised concerns about the low probability of a successful redelivery given that the original delivery was finalized days prior, the representative became confrontational, advised me to "wait," and ultimately told me to deal directly with the USPS if I was unhappy with her solution.
​As a client who handles significant merchandise volume on this and other platform, I have never encountered such an evident lack of self-awareness and procedural incompetence. The entire interaction showed a fundamental failure to take ownership of the company's delivery error.
​Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this business to prevent potential complications and severe service headaches.
