We offer personal property valuation appraisal services for all your antique and collectible interests as well as various household miscellaneous. Whether single items or large collections and estates we're well equipped for the task with over 27 years experience in this and the auction business.

Valuation appraisals are available for all your needs including insurance replacement estimates, fair market values, wholesale and retail values, probate, dissolution and value in place consideration. We maintain an extensive up to date identification database and are networked with appropriate professional sources throughout the industry. Additionally we have the unique ability to draw from our own auction business experiences.

We have conducted personal property evaluations for many private individuals, insurance companies, attorneys, banks, real estate brokers, businesses and corporations. Please contact us for references.

TERMS:

Buyer premium of 12%. All items sold as is and where is.

INSPECTION:

Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items to be sold during preview time, when preview is available. Bidders are responsible for making their own decisions.

REGISTRATION:

In order to bid, buyers must register.

ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURNS: 

It is up to the (bidder) buyer to inspect the item(s) prior to the sale when possible.  Bidders may contact Drumms Antiques for additional information if necessary. All the merchandise is sold “as is” and "where is". There are no warranties expressed or implied. Neither Drumm’s Antiques nor the consignor makes any guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity, nor shall any description (oral or written) of condition, size, quality, rarity, importance and / or provenance be deemed a guarantee.

BUYER’S PREMIUM:

There is a 12% “Buyer’s Premium”. The buyer’s premium is to be paid in addition to the hammer price. Drumm’s Antiques reserves the right make any changes to the buyer’s premium.

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX: 

All purchases are subject to the California state tax of 7.25% (calculated on the total sale, i.e. hammer price plus buyer’s premium) unless buyer has a valid exemption. .

PURCHASED GOODS REMOVAL & RESPONSIBILITY: 

All items not picked up at the scheduled time will be forfited.  Bring helf and packing materials as needed.
