I don't know whether it only happened to me. I won a lot with different jewelries. When I received them I checked with original list and found two precious necklaces lost. I contacted sell manager and he told me he can not find them. He was willing to refund me half of the money I refused. I except to get everything for any bid I win.
I hope it will not happen again and every bidder should be careful and check what you got.
