Our original experience with Jay was terrific. A few days after we picked up our son's new model train items, Jay contacted us to let us know that the items we had been outbid on were back for sale, as the other bidder's credit card was declined and the sale was voided for lack of payment. Jay charged us what the bids would have been, saving us the effort and extra money of another auction. Model train items like these are very hard to find. Instead of starting over, Jay gave us the chance to pay the same money we had originally bid (and lost) on the items our son wanted. Talk about honesty and integrity! We can't wait to do business with Jay again in the future.
