While, we at The Time Traveler’s Emporium, will do our best to list any damage or repairs, please understand that the absence of these descriptions must not be taken to imply that the item/items are in perfect condition.

Remember you are bidding on pre-owned or used items unless otherwise stated.

Even our new items may have shelf wear or slight imperfections. We will try to state this in the description. Most of the items that are sold by us, are used, vintage, or antique. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Please plan on picking up your items on the day and time specified for buyer pickup. Packing materials are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please do not bid if you are unable to pickup your items(s) during the designated time. Items not picked up during this time will be considered forfeited without refund. We DO NOT STORE items for pickup at a later date.

Pickup will be handled in the order of people arriving. Please be mindful of the community and neighbors and park accordingly, and be patient while we locate your winning lots. We are a small, family-owned company, and pride ourselves on our customer service; we will do our upmost to make your experience a pleasant one.

Most of our auctions offer Limited Shipping, which means we do not ship breakable items or items that do not fit into the USPS boxes described below.

Items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box (small, medium, or large). We will combine shipping of all small items as long as they will fit into the flat rate boxes. Understand: IF THEY WILL NOT FIT, THEY WILL NOT SHIP! These are the only size boxes that we carry.

Current USPS flat rate shipping prices are as follows: small -$8.55, medium - $14.75, large - $19.90

We will bill your Auction Ninja card on file through Stripe as well as a $10.00 handling fee per box. We will send a confirmation text to the phone number on file with tracking information when your item actually ships.

Your packages will be shipped WITHIN 7 DAYS of the auction end. If there is any issue with your credit card, this may delay shipping even longer.

Once a package is scanned into the USPS system and a tracking number is generated, any claim of damage or non-delivery will be the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with USPS.

Please confirm the address on file with Auction Ninja is correct as we will ONLY be shipping to the shipping address on your account. Any additional cost incurred because of an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the buyer.
