Excellent packaging, fasting shipping, however, in my opinion it was very expensive to have it shipped. I won the lot for $14, $17.94 in total. It cost me over $50 to be sent to me. I only live 3 hours away.

Description clearly stated the radio was working or I would not have bid on it. Got it home and not working. Is it as is if described as working and not? I don't think so.
