The pictures were deceptive and shame on me for not asking what was the actual length of the chain and the size of the pendant. The platform should require pictures with measurements and a ruler.

Worst auction ever. Disorganized. "Forgot to bring" my winning jewelry. Didn't respond when i requested date/time to drop off my winnings at my home, which she offered to do. Finally responded with having an "Emergency procedure" but will mail my jewelry. Then said she "lost" four of the pins I won so provided a refund. I'm sure decided to keep the pins for herself. STAY AWAY from auctioneers like this. Unscrupulous.

WOW, You were so happy you bought $270 more worth of goods! the house is packed, the 4 pins for $16, we're sure will be found, but wanted to do the right thing and credit ASAP.
