FAQ's - Basic:

Soft Auction Close:

If there is a bid in the last minute the clock restarts to 5 min. So not a hard close auction. It is the format.

Bidding Amounts:

The bidding increments are listed on Terms & Conditions.

Sales Tax:

We collect Washintgon State Sales Tax of 10.2%. If you have a reseller permit, you can request it when you register to bid.

Buyers Premium:

Buyers Premium covers the cost of CC Processing, On-line fees and admin costs.

Item Pick up:

All items (unless otherwise noted) must be picked up during the designated times.

Shipping Charges:

PLEASE LOOK AT THE ITEM DESCRIPTION FOR ANY SHIPPING INFO. IF IT HAS A SMALL BOX IN THE UPPER CORNER ITS ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING.

All Shipping charges are the responibility of the buyer. We will send a seperate invoice for shipping. We use Fed Ex and USPS. Any item above $100 will require a signature.

Any jewelry purchased will be delivered via appointment at secure location or shipped via USPS Registered mail with signature required..

All items listed are in "AS IS" condition, no item is warranted to work or implied. ES4U will endeavour to provide the most accurate info posibble for each item, howeer we are not responsible for omissions or errors.

Shipping: For all info on shipping. please look at each auction for shipping info. We will only ship to the address on the Auction Ninja Account, we are not reponsible for any address errors.

General Shipping info: We ship using USPS Priority Mail. In some cases we might use UPS for larger or very fragile items.
We ship within 10-14 Business days from the conclusion of the auction. When your item is ready we will bill your CC on file with Auction Ninja for ALL Shipping Charges

Claims: Any claim for any item (Lost or Damaged) will be the responsibilty of the buyer. Estatesale4u bears no responsibilty for any lost or damaged item(s).

PICKUP: Please check each individual Auction for pick up instructions. Some auction items or Auctions will be SHIP ONLY. Please check each individual auction for details.

You must have aqequate help, carts, hand trucks, packing material etc.

All are SOLD AS IS Condition. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding and please look at photos for any condition issues. Estatesale4u will do its best to list any damage,  the absence of a descriptions or conditions is to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items Estatesale4u sells are antique, vintage or used. As with any used item you should expect normal wear. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
