I do have the friendly suggestion (for their own benefit) to be a bit more thorough with their online listing details. Only upon receiving a set of cufflinks did I find the manufacturer's brand name on the underside of the cufflinks (not in the photo). Having that, I was able to immediately find listings online for the same set, and see that they were going for $500 - 600. I got a great deal as a result, by chance, but I think the seller could have made quite a bit more money had a few more photos been taken. I know, I know, I'm kind of shooting myself in the foot--but the seller was so nice and kind when I spoke with them that I feel I should offer this constructive suggestion.

Likewise, looking back at the listing, the word 'platinum' in the item description got cut off in the listings overview for the auction. Might be a good idea to review these listings and make sure the terms associated with the higher value of the items appear up front so that they don't get cut off and missed by potential buyers.

bought a small electronic and received a completely useless product with battery acid corrosion. Was not clearly stated that this piece was no good as they did not open the back to see if the batteries had leaked. I spent 3 times the amount on the item to ship it and it took almost a month to arrive. Not very happy about this waste of money. They also shipped the two items i bought separate so it cost me way to much

Product was as represented, and we love it! I sent a family member to pick up the lamp, and the contact person ensured this could be done seemlessly, which was consistent with our experience. Looking forward to working with them again should they have something that meets our needs in the future.

The pick up address was incorrect. The address on the invoice was 436 when it was actually 426 and there was no sign to indicate where the pick up was. The house happened to be next-door which is unusual because there's a 10 digit difference, which normally would be five houses down, but luckily it was only next door so it wasn't too hard to figure out because there were other people. They are picking up their stuff and they figured it out before me.

Leni is kind, thoughtful, considerate, hospitable, personable & extremely likeable - she is accommodating, patient, and incredibly responsive to calls and emails.
The whole transaction from start to finish was seamless and she is truly a joy and a pleasure to work with, and, to also now know - the pick-up experience was nothing short of phenomenal.
