Terms & Conditions of Bidding on A Trilogy Estate Sales Auction

All items are sold as-is and whereis. All sales are final. Absence of condition description does not indicate absence of damage. Bidders must ask all questions prior to the start of the auction's soft close, and rely solely on their own visual inspection of the images provided. An 18% buyer's premium is added to all winning bids. All sales are final. Please bring packing materials for fragile items. We do not provide boxes, tape, or packing materials.

Forfeiture of item(s) without refund will happen: failure to show up at designated pickup time and place; requesting shipping on an item that is not eligible for shipping; failure to bring adequate help to move large objects.

By chosing to register and bid on a Trilogy Estate Sales auction on this platform, the bidder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• The stated pickup date (usually in the title of the sale) IS THE ONLY DAY AND TIME WINDOW AVAILABLE for pickup.
• If you cannot come during the designated pickup day(s) it is a $75 per hour charge, including our travel time to meet you on another day. Minimum one hour charge. This will be billed to your Auction Ninja card on file.
• Trilogy Estate Sales LLC will not hold or store items if the winning bidder cannot come to the designated pickup date and time.

Do you ship? Can you ship this to me?

Only items marked as eligible for shipping can be shipped. How can you tell? Here's a handy guide to where you can find the shipping icon on the general listing, and in the item's listing.

What are your shipping policies and procedures?

If you have chosen shipping when you registered for the auction we will see that on your invoice. We generally complete packing and shipping within five business days of the auction's close. We will charge the shipping costs to your card on file. You will receive an email with the tracking number.

How do I find out when pickup day is?

We're pretty sneaky. We hide right in the title of the sale, and mention it a few times in the sale description.

Should I bring someone to help me lift and move heavy items?

Yes! Unfortunately, we are not able to provide moving assistance. You must bring help for moving large items. We are happy to coordinate with you if you wish to send professional movers to pick up your item(s).

Should I bring my own boxes, bags and packing materials?

Yes! We do not provide any packing materials or assistance.

I'm not able to pick up my items on the designated day(s). What are my options?

No problem! We can make arrangements to meet you at another time for a $75 an hour charge including our travel time, one hour minimum.
