Neither Seattle Organizing Works nor the Consignor assume any risk, liability, or responsibility for the authenticity or the authorship of any property identified in this auction. All property is sold as-is, where-is and neither Seattle Organizing Works nor the Consignor make any warranties or representations of any kind, or nature, with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, authenticity, attribution, provenance, age or condition of the property. No statement in the description, made at the sale, on the bill of sale or invoice, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability. While Seattle Organizing Works will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items Seattle Organizing Works sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. Condition reports may be available. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Please review all photos carefully prior to bidding.

AUCTION PROCEDURE:
REGISTRATION
Seattle Organizing Works requires each bidder to register online with Auction Ninja before placing any bids. A valid major credit card will be required. By becoming a REGISTERED member you represent that you are of legal age. As a member, you agree to provide true accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site’s registration forms. In addition, as a member, you agree and acknowledge that you will maintain valid credit card info within your membership profile so long as you maintain an account with Seattle Organizing Works.
Please go to the Auction Ninja website and read carefully the terms of service. That will enable you to have a good bidding experience and answer many questions you have.
ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS
Seattle Organizing Works reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. Bids placed on the Seattle Organizing Works website are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to Seattle Organizing Works including sale price, buyer's premium and all applicable taxes. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction, sale or event. Any items won and not paid for within 24 hours of auction close are eligible for sale to underbidder(s). All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
PAYMENT AND TRANSFER OF TITLE
Upon the close of the online auction, title to the offered lot passes to the highest bidder who thereupon (a) assumes full risk and responsibility therefore, and (b) will pay the full purchase price therefore, or such part as Seattle Organizing Works may require. Seattle Organizing Works is also not responsible for technical issues or loss of internet connection. In cases where your internet connection is lost, Seattle Organizing Works will not stop the auction while your internet connection is re-established.
Payment credit cards will be processed within 24 hours of the lot closing, all lots must be paid in full (including buyer’s premium, if applicable) prior to picking up or shipping the lot.
NON-PAYMENT
At the close of the auction you do not pay in full all costs including buyer’s premium and shipping costs you will receive negative feedback, and will be placed thereafter on our no-bid list.
RECEIPT TO CLAIM PURCHASED ITEMS
No article shall be released to a purchaser until a paid receipt has been presented. Seattle Organizing Works will not make deliveries. If a delivery company is employed by purchaser, Seattle Organizing Works will not be responsible for their acts in any respect whatsoever.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of 15-18% (noted on each auction) will be added to the hammer price in all auctions and will be charged along with the hammer prices and applicable sales tax to the credit or debit card you have on file with Seattle Organizing Works within 24 hours of the auction end.
SALES TAX: All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information by Seattle Organizing Works, your future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate. (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!) BEFORE BIDDING ONLY!
REMOVAL OF PURCHASED ITEMS: All purchases must be paid for and removed during the scheduled pick-up time, typically the Saturday following the auction close from 10am until 3pm. ANY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MUTUALLY AGREED UPON BEFORE BIDDING.
DEFAULT ON SALE: If any of the foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Seattle Organizing Works including without limitation the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, Seattle Organizing Works, at its option, may either (a) cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damage all payments made by the purchaser or (b) resell the property on three days notice to the purchaser and for the account and risk of the purchaser, either publicly or privately, and in such event the purchaser shall be liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs, including warehousing, the expense of both sales, and Seattle Organizing Works commission at its regular rates and all other charges due hereunder plus incidental damages.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Upon the close of the online auction, title to the offered lot passes to the highest bidder who thereupon (a) assumes full risk and responsibility therefore, and (b) will pay the full purchase price therefore, or such part as Seattle Organizing Works may require. Seattle Organizing Works at its sole discretion will reoffer the items or donate them to a charity of Seattle Organizing Works choosing. Seattle Organizing Works reserves the right to report your account to collections for the combined total of the original invoice amount and any moving or disposal charges. Your membership with Seattle Organizing Works will be revoked unless past due invoices and any additional charges are paid in full.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
USPS/UPS SHIPPING: WE DO SHIP on a limited basis on orders of a combined total of $50 or more. Seattle Organizing Works will pack and ship items that will safely fit into a USPS Flat Rate Box. These items are shipped the week following the auction. All packing and shipping charges for items shipped in-house will be charged to the credit card on file and a shipping receipt with tracking will be texted or emailed to the account on file. Seattle Organizing Works will ship all items with tracking (no exceptions) and buyers will be responsible for the charge. Please note that shipping MAY COST MORE THAN YOUR BID,
PLEASE NOTE: We will only ship to the select payment method's billing address. This means the address on your profile is irrelevant, the address connected to the payment method you select at registration for each auction is where the items will be sent. Be sure the card you use has the billing address where you want to receive your merchandise. Due to high amount of fraud there is no exception to this rule. You hereby understand that if you have the items shipped to the wrong address due to not updating your billing address, it is up to you to try to recover those items. We will ask for identification on shipping orders as we do for local pick up.
