Full Circle Estate & Tag Sale Services LLC is a full-service professional estate & tag sale service company – bonded & insured. I employ two teams, a staging team and a sales team. The staging team will prepare the home for the estate sale, so that merchandise is optimally presented. Photographs are taken of the staged household and posted at online estate sale advertising sites. The sales team consists of at least one sales person per level (a ranch would have more than one person stationed on a level), a security guard, and an accounting/cashier who keeps a sales ledger for the client. I am always present during this process. My 35% commission of the sale's gross revenue covers the teams and my salary. Household contents should have the potential to achieve over ten thousand dollars in gross sales. Most of the revenue is generated from merchandise of high value and demand; e.g., desirable collectibles, fine art, items made from precious metals (fine jewelry, sterling silver service), quality new furniture, designer mid-century furniture, etc.
In addition, online estate sale auctions services are available. We inventory and photograph the items for sale, then post these items on an online auction venue. Auctions typically run for 7 or more days. My commission for online auctions is 35% of the hammer price, which covers fees associated with the auction and financial processing company, plus the marketing fees. Customers will bid on the items they wish to purchase. After the auction ends, I will schedule dates for the winning bidders to collect the item(s) they purchased at the auction. We manage the pick up of purchased items, limiting customers' access into the living area of the home, unless they are picking up furniture or large pieces.

We highly recommend bidders to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of description. We try our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, but please keep in mind that the absence of these descriptions or conditions does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items being offered for sale are either antique, vintage or simply used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and usage. Remember, all sales are final, there are no returns, credits or exchanges.
The scheduled pick up date is typically the weekend following the auction closing date. If the scheduled pick up date is not convenient, please call to reschedule an alternate date and time. Auction items that are not picked up by the buyer during allotted time period will be considered as forfeited by said buyer, with no forthcoming refund.
Winning bidders will receive the actual home address for pick up by email. You are responsible to check your email to confirm that the email we send has been received. Remember to check your spam folder if you do not see our email.
Winning bidder responsibilities are outlined below:
The auction begins to close at 8 p.m. Each auction lot will close 50 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. If people are actively bidding on an item, then that item will extend an extra five minutes. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.
Payments by credit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.
New bidders, please go to the Auction Ninja website and read the terms of service. That will enable you to have a positive bidding experience and aid in answering your questions.
