Seller was top notch working with me although it wasn't a high dollar sale. They wrapped the items for shipping like they were made of crystal spider webs. Two items were listed as very specific items stating they were sterling silver with dark blue topaz and the other with black spinel. Neither were silver and the stones were glass and the other plastic. Not even actual stones. If you don't know what something is, it's not okay to just make it up. Seller was responsive about shipping but didn't reply when I complained about the rings being listed as fine jewelry when what I received is junk costume jewelry, not even nice costume jewelry.

I responded the instant you said the rings were not as listed and offered a refund and to actually pay to have them shipped back as well and have got no response. We test all of our jewelry before listing it and when unsure indicate it in the listing. Both of those rings tested exactly as listed and our offer still stands to refund the purchase and pay to have them shipped back as I would own both of them myself if they did not sell. We try to be very careful in our listing and to work out any issues if a customer is not happy with their purchase so please let us know how you would like to move forward on this and we will take care of it asap. Thank you

I have been purchasing from their auctions for a few years now and even with their new system/location I have never been dissapointed. They are extremely clear with their buyer instrctions and I have had no issues picking up my items I have won on the auctions and I have always loved the items I have won, alway a great deal and look forward to each new auction..
