Again couldn't be happier, I have been purchasing jewelry from 2 Sisters for a number of years now and have always been happy with my purchases. Always look forward to their monthly jewelry auctions and will absolutely be bidding again :)

Two items were listed as very specific items stating they were sterling silver with dark blue topaz and the other with black spinel. Neither were silver and the stones were glass and the other plastic. Not even actual stones. If you don't know what something is, it's not okay to just make it up. Seller was responsive about shipping but didn't reply when I complained about the rings being listed as fine jewelry when what I received is junk costume jewelry, not even nice costume jewelry.

Love the jewelry auctions, so far I have enjoyed all items won, still working out their new location and pick ups but have found if I follow the guidelines set out I have had no issues

I have been purchasing from their auctions for a few years now and even with their new system/location I have never been dissapointed. They are extremely clear with their buyer instrctions and I have had no issues picking up my items I have won on the auctions and I have always loved the items I have won, alway a great deal and look forward to each new auction..

I have one many lots and picked up amazing things from 2 Sisters when they were in their Salem location. This past June, I won a few items, and tried to contact them to set up a pickup. I sent emails, I texted, I called and never got a response and never got to pick up my items. I tried calling/texting again and again for weeks and still never got a response. I'm disappointed that they took my money and never gave me the opportunity to get my items. They lost a long time customer

TINA BOLTON AND SISTERS TRADING are SWINDLERS, unethical, undependable and liars. I have documentation to back up all that I'm saying here. Thoroughly disgusted with this whole site now.

After paying in full for the items and paying for shipping twice I NEVER RECEIVED the two beautiful RINGS I won for myy Mother who ended up dyingh suddenly in midst of auction, but I still managed to pay for the items and shipping twice. I was really looking forward to them as a sort of cheer up for her and they beautiful rings. Few days after the auction ended I received a correspondence from Tina Bolton saying that she was going to be out of town at her daughter's graduation and that she would send the items when she got back. So a week or more later we got in contact again and I let her know that I paid for the PayPal shipping twice by mistake and I needed a refund other than that I'd already paid for the items. Since I paid for the PayPal she indicated the next day that she had sent the items to me. A week went by and I still haven't received the items so I contacted Tina and all of a sudden she says oh I have to mail those out. I said you told me you already mailed them last week! Oh I'm going to mail them out today she said. . From then on I never heard back from Tina Bolton at sisters Trading. Fortunately I have copies of all the correspondents we had because it was all through text or through auction Ninja messaging. I am disgusted with auction "NONja" ' a cuz there is no resources for the bidders when something like this happens. Even contacted the people who created auction ninja and was told that they don't have anything to do with it. Which is bs because they get fees from these auction houses to use their product. Tina you suck.
