Pickup is always a smooth and pleasant experience! I was even contacted by Revivals the day prior to actual pickup to see if I was interested in getting my items a day early and avoiding the crowds! Great seller...highly recommend!

These items were in much rougher shape and that was not listed or seen on photos IMO. Lots of damage on the glass shelves. the items were still screwed to the walls so we waited about 30 minutes+ to get them. Auction house reps very nice. So lesson learned on my part, too. Ask way more questions and I wish these auction houses would have maybe 2 people look at the items. Maybe one person isn't seeing the whole picture. I would bid on this company again.

Auction was not canceled. Mysteriously the PICK UP was canceled. In spite of repeated requests no response to phone calls. NO REFUND to date. Very poor service.
