That when its hard and tells the true story. This will make perfectly clear who you are doing business with. Nobody wants to leave a review like this. I have tried to avoid it. Auction Ninja has no responsibility here and no involvement. My purchase was for delivery; seller has lots of issues going on so I tried to be understanding. Numerous items arrived broken packing was simply awful. After numerous tries I spoke to her and she immediately said she would replace. She gave me a tracking number which I questioned as it showed no sign of coming to me. That package was sent to someone else where it was rejected, Not by Me. This of course was the post office's fault. I have now requested a refund and am assuming I will see that shortly. On going for over a month now. After she offered me the refund as of today, I have not seen the refund. In addition, at a recent auction she sold almost exact duplicates of the items I tried to purchase. I will absolutely go and fix this review if this seller ever does the right thing but for now I'm done. Reached out again and seller has said she issued a refund for the broken items. Sincerely feel badly as I do purchase from numerous sellers and usually have no issue. OMG she said she refunded the amount due and sent me replacement as a GIFT - none of this has happened - I'm sincerely shocked. Well finally a partial refund has come. Running a small business is tough but do the right thing and it gets easier.
