I did not receive an email from A Blue Bird about winning my items, nor did I receive an emailed invoice for the purchase or location or time for pick up. Therefor, I paid for items that I was not able to collect. It has been difficult getting a hold of anyone about getting refunded for the items I purchased or having a means to pick up the items that I purchased.

This is unusual for AuctionNinja, which has been my favorite site to use for online auctions. I was told by the contact at A Blue Bird to reach out to AuctionNinja to verify whether or not I got my email to notify me of the winnings, invoice and pick up time and location. I can say that I had been checking my email throughout the day and did not receive anything.

I only received one email that let me know I was outbid on an item. There was nothing else in my inbox regarding this specific auction, Flash ah aha. I did continue to receive promotion emails about AuctionNinja's upcoming auctions, but nothing about the items I ordered.

This makes me hesitant to continue using this site. Fortunately the amount I lost wasn't significant. I was very excited about the two items I won. I would just like to understand what happened and receive a refund since the mistake was not on my end.

Total misrepresentation and rip off. Items were not what they said they were. For example one rc Gorman framed print was actually a framed postcard: another framed rc Gorman print was really a 3x5 reproduction tile; the Bev Doolittle artwork were all prints taken out of a book and framed...total rip off I will not use this auction again!!!!
