BUYER’S CONTRACT

By bidding on any auction, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Invintage Colour.

All bids submitted at Invintage Colour auctions are final and irrevocable. If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you are the new owner of that item. All sales are final.

Registration to bid is free. You must register online with a valid credit card at https://www.auctionninja.com/invintage-colour/ to bid on our online auctions.  

ITEM DESCRIPTION

Invintage Colour sells each and every item "as is, where is." We make no representations or warranties with respect to the items in our auctions, but we spend as much effort as possible to inspect each item carefully and represent accurately.

You can contact us via SMS for more information about a particular item. 

BUYER’S PREMIUM

Winning bidders are required to pay a buyer’s premium of 19% on all purchases.

SALE’S TAX

Winning bidders are required to pay Massachusetts State Sales Tax of 6.25% on all purchases. (Unless a valid Resale Certificate is provided prior to the auction start)

Winning bidder’s Credit Card on file will be charged for the sale price plus the buyer’s premium and MA State Sales Tax  upon the close of the auction or shortly thereafter. Buyers cannot take possession of or remove their purchases from the auction site until the total purchase price (including applicable taxes or fees) has been paid in full. Purchases must be removed from the site by the time specified in the auction catalog or on the auction details page on this website.

SHIPPING 

Invintage Colour will provide shipping to winning bidders for an additional fee. Shipping fees will vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s) and the bidder's location. 

Invintage Colour will make every effort to package and ship items securely and promptly but is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. 

Bidders are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a bidder wins multiple items, we may offer combined shipping for a reduced fee. Invintage Colour will make every effort to package and ship items together in a secure and efficient manner.

Third-Party Services: The estate sale auction website operator is not responsible for the performance or quality of any third-party services, including but not limited to shipping, delivery, and payment processing services, and is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of such services.

PICK-UP 

Auctions with in person pick up will have a specified pick up date and time prior to bidding. 

Address and pickup details will be shared with you via email. Please note that pickups are scheduled, and we kindly request you to adhere to the given schedule. Once you arrive at the location, please send a text message and our team will provide you with instructions on where to collect your items or follow instruction given within the email.

Bidders must present a valid ID and proof of purchase when picking up items. 

Invintage Colour is not responsible for any damage to items that occurs during pick-up or transportation.

Winning bidder is responsible for the arrangement of your own labor, suitable vehicle for heavy items and materials required for pickup and removal  of their items.  

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise that may prevent buyers from picking up their items during the designated pick-up window. However, we cannot be responsible for moving or storing items that have not been picked up within the specified timeframe. If items are not picked up within the designated time frame, they may be subject to a storage fee or disposal at our discretion. It is the buyer's responsibility to make arrangements for pick-up and transportation of their items.

CONSIGNORS

Invintage Colour expressly forbids consignors and their agents from bidding on any item they have consigned to an auction. Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the auctioneer announces that an item has been sold.
