description/pictures did not mention/show chipping of fragile items that were up for bid. I wouldn't have bid on some items I won, had I known. Not even sure I got all my items now that I look at my invoice... Will attempt to take that up with them once I've confirmed.

Great auctions experience. Pictures and information on the product were great.
Wasn't able to pick up the item in the specified window but "Gotta Have It' worked with me on a time which was amazing. They are super nice people and enjoy what they do.
