I have pre arranged some items to be shipped to me. I have never had an issue with them. I am also very patient as I live in TN. This is a great cause and I fully believe in it. Even if I have to male the trip up to pick up. Never lose sight of why they do the auctions and it's not easy. Great staff great communication. Overall a great experience. Thank you
