Family Owned Auction Company striving to help clear out one household at a time.

We started out with a 1500 sq ft Antique store back in 2018, running some Online Auctions to move stale inventory.

When Covid hit and our shop was state mandated to close we shifted to 100% Online Auctions.

We enjoy what we do, and look forward to working with you.

I requested to have my items shipped. Seller stated they sent an invoice to pay for shipping but I cannot find in my emails or text message where I got anything from them. Seller is not responding to my request to resolve this issue. I have been billed for the items I won but still have not resolved the issue of shipping.

Customer texted me over and over at 1am on Saturday. I do not respond to text messages at this hour. In the AM I got an email that she paid for shipping and hasn’t gotten items yet. She was emailed back asking what payment method she used to pay shipping and no response yet leaves this feedback. Once items shipping is PAID for , items are shipped. We do not cover shipping costs for customers. It’s in our policy.

We responded to you on 11/27 via text message. You’re asking for shipping for an item weeks after the auction ended. You had to reach out to request shipping for the item. We do not assume you need shipping. You have to request within the hour of pickup as stated on the website, your invoice and the agreement you clicked and agreed to during bidding. All items not claimed stay with they seller and are considered forfeited if we don’t hear from you by pickup date (before auction pickup day ends). Please read through rules before bidding. First of all a couple of the items were damaged and the pictures did not show that. I bought a pocket knife and the blade was missing, crystal candleholders that were chipped, Sony headphones that were cracked, etc. I understand that this is a as is auction but the pics and descriptions were minimal. When I arrived to pick up my order it was in a pile on the ground , the seller didn't seem to care if the stuff broke or not, I felt like I was rushed out and didn't get a chance to check everything, I had a lot of items. I realized when I got home that 3 items were not with my order so I immediately texted the reps number(like the instructions indicated) and never got a response. Not happy.

What areas do you cover? We cover ALL of Long Island & Queens with limited Brooklyn, Bronx, Yonkers, Manhatten.
