Family Owned Auction Company striving to help clear out one household at a time.

We started out with a 1500 sq ft Antique store back in 2018, running some Online Auctions to move stale inventory.

When Covid hit and our shop was state mandated to close we shifted to 100% Online Auctions.

We enjoy what we do, and look forward to working with you.

First...wrong address! Poor residents!
Second...responsive to wrong location was zero for at least 15 minutes of buyers standing in the rain and ringing the ooor current residents doorbell.
Third...understanding I needed to bring tools to break down...BUT I had won an auction for a brass bed frame...NOT the mattress/pillows/sheets that were still on the bed!! Not worth all that trouble for $5!! Terrible experience overall!
Extremely unorganized and unprofessional!

Thank you for your feedback, all staff was apologetic about wrong address. Honest mistake and new invoices went out prior to auction pickup. rnItems are sold as shown which the bed showed complete set up. I let you know you could leave the stuff. We would have moved mattresses. You didn’t bring tools and got frustrated with us because of how other auctions are ran. rnAll instructions are listed in auction agreement before bidding , listed on main auction page and also on winning invoices. rnrnEnjoy your week

I emailed them ONCE(like the lengthy email stated to) about shipping. They never responded. I tried one more time after 3 weeks as they said they would reach out within 1-3 weeks for a shipping quote. They did not. Extremely unresponsive. I bought items for my wedding. I would've gladly paid the shipping fee. Disputing my credit card fee. Do NOT buy from them!

Could find my item at pick up and then they shipped and I never received because they messed up and sent to wrong address that wasn't not my auction account. Don't buy from them you might not get item.
