His friendly and accommodating approach, offering solutions instead of reprimands, was truly refreshing. As someone who's invested significantly-over $100,000-on Auction Ninja in Colorado this past year, I'm used to good service. But Scott's genuine care, offered without knowing my purchase history, was exceptional. It's a rare and valuable trait, and he's secured my future business.

I've participated in several auctions with this company and they consistently had very detailed descriptions and really good pictures of the items being auctioned off. Pick up went really well and very organized. The owner Scott really practices excellent customer service. He was very helpful and his efforts were much appreciated.
