BIDDER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS WAS THE WORST AND CONTINUES TO BE THE WORST SELLER I EVER DEALT WITH. The seller does not stand by her word. She misrepresented a Fendi Bag as Authentic, agreed to take it back, refused shipment then requested it back so she could issue a refund, then refused the shipment a second time. I paid for an authentication service that proved it was a blatant COUNTERFEIT. She still refuses to refund me for the purchase price. I am not done fighting the charge though. I will continue to do so until I have my money back. This seller has wasted my time and money. I am going to file a complaint with every service I can. I hope she will be removed from this platform because she is not professional at all. I have made Auction Ninja aware of this nightmare and am waiting for some resolution. I have contacted the District Attorney's Office in NY and The Post Master General since it is illegal to sell counterfeit items. The credit card company is useless, folks; the seller claimed to have never represented the bag as authentic even though I have all of the texts proving that she stated unequivocally it was authentic and kept insisting it was, even after I had it professionally authenticated it. I have also reached out to ABC News 7 on your side and am waiting for them to compile all of the information in the case.

The seller lied to the credit card company, first she swore the item was authentic, then she stated she never represented it as such. The listing does not state authentic yet it says Fendi, it is misrepresentation. She also stated in every response to me that it was authentic and when she realized the credit card company was leaning towards her not claiming it was she went that way.
THE SEQUENCE OF EVENTS:
1. When I first contacted the seller, she insisted it was authentic.
2. I sent her examples of why I knew it wasn't
3. She agreed to take the bag back and gave me the address to send it to her.
4. She refused the delivery, and it was sent back to me.
5. She contacted me again about returning the bag, and I told her it had come back to me.
6. She gave me another address to send it to and made some excuses. I sent it back at my expense to the return address on the original shipment for the second time.
7. It came back to me again, showing undeliverable; she reached out to see where the bag was. I let her know it came back again.
8. She stopped communicating with me after I confirmed the bag was returned to me again.

The seller has been dragging this out, behaving unprofessionally, and lying for months. I have all of the evidence in our texts showing the back-and-forth. This is not a simple return. This seller is behaving unprofessionally and should no longer be allowed to sell on the platform.
She treats customers terribly and should not be allowed to use the platform.
So, not only have I incurred multiple shipping charges, for which I have receipts, but I also have a fake bag that was sent to my home three times.
I have proof that it is fake, that I paid for it, two shipping charges, and the money lost on the awful bag. I am going to continue to fight until this issue is resolved. If you look at the original listing, there is no indication that the purse was a copy or that the seller took no responsibility for its authenticity. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.......BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

There were only 3 photos of one of the items I won. Once I picked it up and was able to look at it there was considerable damage to the bottom of the case. I feel like the seller purposefully omitted photos of all sides of the case due to the damage and if anyone could have seen the actual condition of the case no one would have bid on it. I feel as if I was scammed. Also, pick up is in the alley behind their house and they seem a bit disorganized. The first time i picked up my items they had to be pulled from different boxes. I always check to make sure I have all my items before I leave. The whole situation seems a bit unprofessional. Not sure if I will bid on any items in the future. We'll see.

BUYERS BEWARE. THEY DO NOT SHIP, EVEN IF THEIR LISTINGS SAY THEY DO! I purchased an item on October 30th. Seller had shipping available as an option on the listing, so I went ahead with bidding. As soon as I won the auction, they sent me an email stating they do not ship anything. I have reached out to them multiple times, even offering to buy a UPS label and schedule pickup myself, but they have not responded to me at all. I see another buyer left a similar review and the seller claimed they sent their item, I have NOT gotten any communication from them nor have I received the item I paid for. I now have to force a refund through my bank due to lack of response. Will never buy from this seller again.

There was a significant crack in a crystal pitcher that I purchased--and there was no mention of the crack and no photo of the crack in the listing. The pitcher was in a box so I didn't see the crack until much later.
