By participating in any sale, auction, or service provided by Will’s Lost and Found Estate Sales LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Final

All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Item Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items. However, descriptions are based on our best knowledge and may not be exhaustive. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos and asking questions prior to bidding or purchasing.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the sale or auction. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, or other approved methods. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your purchase and restriction from future sales.

Pickup & Removal

Buyers are responsible for picking up their items during the scheduled pickup times. Items not picked up within the designated window may be forfeited without refund.

Buyers must bring appropriate help, tools, and transportation for item removal. We do not provide moving assistance unless otherwise stated.

Shipping (If Offered)

If shipping is available for a specific auction or item, a separate invoice will be sent for shipping and handling costs. Items will not be shipped until both the item invoice and shipping invoice are paid in full.

Buyer Responsibility
