"When you place a bid, it’s a legally binding agreement to purchase the item(s) if you are the winning bidder. Once the auction closes, if you’re the high bidder, per the terms of use / bidder agreement, you are obligated to follow-through on your purchase. Auctions do not work like retail stores where you can return an item if you have “buyers remorse.” So you must be sure that you are able to uphold your end of the agreement before placing your bid(s).

You must do your own "due-diligence" in researching the items you plan to bid on before bidding -- per the terms of bidding. Items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS," meaning there are no guarantees, warrantees, etc. Reneging on your agreement as the winning bidder in any auction will result in the permanent revocation of your bidding privileges on the AuctionNinja platform."

I agree to the pick-up date and time(s) and will contact Dumpster Rescuers Ltd. before the auction closes if an alternate pick-up is required. If I do not arrange an alternative pick-up before the auction closes and/or I do not pick-up the winning item(s) on the date and time(s) set forth, I forfeit all claim to the item(s) and understand no refund(s) will be issued.

Shipping is available for selected items only. Bidders are responsible for ensuring shipping is available for each item(s). USPS Ground Advantage is the most economic choice for clients and we will make every reasonable effort to offer this method of shipping. Size & weight, material ~ glass, fragile and breakable items etc. are considered when choosing the shipping method. If expedited services are requested, we will make arrangements to provide this for our clients, if possible.

PLEASE READ:

Payment for shipping will be collected within 5 business days after the auction has closed. Dumpster Rescuers Ltd. will manually update your paid invoice with this fee, the credit card which paid for your winning item(s) will be used to pay this updated invoice. When we have received confirmation the payment was processed successfully, we will message you and provide a date to expect your package.

If the shipping payment was Declined, we will send a message by email or Text/SMS asking you to confirm the card info is correct before we try again 24 hours later. If your credit card is Declined on the second attempt, we will insist a new credit card be added to your profile/account to secure the shipping fees payment.

If the third and final time to capture the cost of shipping is Declined, you will have forfeited your winning item(s) and no refund will be issued.
