They sold one of my listings and never delivered the other - it's been almost a month. No response to phone calls or texts. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

I won and purchased a non name brand beige bag. I arrived at the seller's pickup location (the seller's antique store called Luxe treasures and boutique) at the designated pickup time. The shop person told me that the bag was unavailable to pickup because the third party seller had not sent it to the shop, yet. They told me to come back later. I tried two more times to pick up in person without success. I called the seller several times but the calls were never answered. I emailed the seller and was told that I would be made aware of when the bag was available for pickup. I have followed up several times since and have been ghosted. This seller is a scam artist. BEWARE of these reviews. Auction Ninja customer service has also not responded to me.

Location was closed during pick-up time on the invoice. I was told the items would be delivered to me the next day to make up for it - it's now been over two weeks and I haven't received my items. Come to find out they have also either lost or sold some items, and then now they don't want to go through the hassle of trying to deliver a paining so the item is cancelled. Trying to get any answers has been like pulling teeth. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

Edit: I was just informed by a gold scrapper that most of these items are only gold-filled. I don't hold it against the seller, but they do need to clarify how they comcluded items are karat gold. An acid test is only accurate with GF items if the scratch is deliberately hard. Again, it's an honest mistake, and I accept that there's risk to buying at auctions, so I'll not really dock my rating much and just hope it serves as constructive feedback.

My wife purchased this item for me. Next morning I reviewed the listing, and the item was misrepresented as a Charles Perdew Crow Decoy. I have requested my card be credited back and the sale canceled. I have not heard back from the Auction House but there is an invoice.
