I have purchased from Storage Assets three times and each time the experience has been exceedingly positive. He takes great photos and his listings are accurate. Pick-up is a joy - he has packing materials (but you should still bring your own if you're picky) and gives you a table to pack on and doesn't rush you. The pickup location is easy to find and parking is great. The pickup room is large and heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Plus he's a super nice guy. Great seller!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT AND BUYER'S PREMIUM

A buyer's premium is a charge that is in addition to the hammer price of an item. The buyer's premium is 15% of the hammer price and this is added to the total. The total may include Maine sales tax of 5.5% unless a resale certificate has been uploaded to the site.

Payments are processed after the close of each auction. Payments are automated. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Buyers Responsibility

All items are sold as is, where is. There are no express or implied warranties of any kind. It is the buyer's responsibility to inform themselves about the condition before placing a bid. We do our best to photograph any item flaws and add them to the description, however, will not be held responsible. The description and title of an item are our opinions. This does not make up a guarantee of any kind as to the condition, age, or authenticity of an item. We aim to provide accurate and detailed information to prospective bidders based on our experience. This in no way constitutes a guarantee of any kind and all items are sold as is. There are no refunds. Please email us or call us if you have any questions about an item. A bid is a binding contract.

Pick Up Instructions

Pick-up location and time will be provided. Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper for their items. They will be responsible for the complete removal and loading of their items. There will be a representative there to coordinate pick-up. The buyer assumes any and all responsibility for damage or injury should it occur once they are on the property. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THE ALLOTTED TIME, WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCEPTIONS UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE WITH THE FACILITY.

Out-of-State Shipping

1) Win your items! (For SHIPPING QUOTE CALL (207) 784-9900)

2) We will deliver your items to the shipper for you. We will do this for all items that are not picked up on the designated pick-up day.

3) The shipper will contact you when your items are boxed and ready for shipment. They will take payment for shipping at this time. (Once items are brought to the shipping house, please allow 5-7 business days for packing and shipping.)

We do not offer in-house shipping, however, we have partnered with Goin' Postal out of Auburn, If, you wish to have a shipping quote, please call (207) 784-9900 & ask for Dan or Nola. Once your items leave the possession of Storage Assets, we are no longer responsible.
