All Sales Final
All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Descriptions, photographs, and condition notes are provided to the best of our knowledge but should not be considered guarantees. Bidders are responsible for reviewing photos and descriptions before bidding.
Bidding
Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. Bidders must ensure their contact and payment information is accurate and up to date.
Payment
Payment must be completed according to the instructions provided on the invoice at the close of the auction. Accepted payment methods are processed securely through Stripe.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of bidding privileges and the item being offered to other bidders.
Pickup of Items
Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their items during the scheduled pickup time provided for each auction. Buyers must bring adequate help, packing materials, and transportation for their items.
CTIWY staff are not responsible for loading items.
Items not picked up within the scheduled pickup window may be considered abandoned and may be forfeited without refund.
Tax Exemption
Buyers claiming tax exemption must provide a valid resale certificate prior to the close of the auction. Sales tax will not be removed after invoices have been processed without proper documentation.
Item Condition
Many items offered in estate auctions are used and may show signs of wear consistent with age and use. Buyers are encouraged to review photos carefully before bidding.
Lot Removal
Buyers must remove all items associated with the lot purchased. Failure to remove items during pickup may result in disposal of remaining items without refund.
Liability
Buyers assume responsibility for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during item removal or pickup.

reject bids
cancel bids placed in error
resolve bidding disputes
refuse service to anyone at our discretion
