AUCTION TERMS: 

All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.

We give clear, detailed descriptions of each item and their condition, so there should be no surprises; however, bidders are urged to ask any questions before bidding. Please keep in mind most of the items we sell are antique or vintage and thus have wear consistent with age and use. Any damage or manufacturing defects are of course noted. 

PAYMENT Your invoice will be auto-debited from the credit card you have on file with our credit card processor, Stripe. This charge includes the hammer prices, buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE LABOR/PACKING SERVICES AT PICKUP, NOR OFFER STORAGE SERVICES

• If an item is being picked up, please bring your own packing materials -- especially for fragile items -- and, if needed, extra help, appropriate vehicles, and tools.

• Items not picked up within 10 days after the auction will be considered abandoned and non-refundable.

RESALE CERTIFICATES:

All resale certificates must be sent via email or presented in person to receive credit for taxes paid. We will place this information on file and all future purchases will be tax exempt until the certificate expires.
