The items presented in this auction will be offered and sold by Not So Plain Jayne's Junk,  (referred to as NSPJJ throughout this contract). As owner or as "Agent for Consignor", all bidders are subject to the terms and conditions set forth on this page that have not been suspended or removed by NSPJJ for any reason. By bidding on any item, you are accepting our terms and conditions which include a 18% buyers premium that will be added to all bids. All puchases are subject to WA state sales tax. TAX EXEMPTION is through Auction Ninja.  If you win a bid, you are subject to WA state sales tax.

• Shipping: When we offer shipping -Shipping for specific items will be FLAT RATE  USPS. The buyer is to pay all shipping costs plus $5 per box/package shipped.    By bidding, you are agreeing to the shipping costs and buyers premium listed. You, the buyer, are responsible for making sure that the rules and regulations are compliant within your state shipping laws, including what is shipped to you. Each state will have different laws. We hold compliance solely to WA state laws.

• Pickup: Will be arranged by TEXT so please make sure the number you have on file is correct

• Condition of Items Sold: Not So Plain Jayne's Junk (auctioneer) will not be held responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuinity or any defects in any lot. The description and condition is labeled to the best of our research and knowledge. We make no warranty for any of these items or their description accuracy. There is no allowance set aside for any inaccuracy error in listing or any imperfection that isn't noted in the listing. All items are sold "as-is" and no deduction will be allowed on damaged goods through shipping or any listing inaccuracies. We do our best to show the condition of the item and all items are documented to the best of our ability.

• Payment and Buyer's Premium: All invoices must be paid (including shipping, if appicable) must be paid before the item is picked up or sent out to you. Invoices must be paid within 72 of receiving your winning bid invoice or notification. All payment is to be done through the AuctionNinja.com site, utilizng your own personal choice of payment through said application. All payment terms and conditions apply. There is an automatic 18% buyers premium to all winning bids. If you win an auction, you are liable to pay. If you lack the funds you thought you may have had, we will not hold any items past the 72 hours of receiving your winning invoice. There are no exceptions.

• Returns: All purchases are final and there are no returns or exchanges. Feel free to reach out to plainjaynesjunk@gmail.com for any issues that may arise. In the event of error that we deem we are responsible for, you may be issued some form of credit but these credits are not guaranteed. If you fail to pick up your items they will be forfeited

• Internet Bidding: Buyer acknowledges that notsoplainauctions.com does not have any responsibility or liability for the website used for internet billing. Seller acknowledges that "NSPJJ" may not have control over the website and cannot guarantee it's operation or performance (ie interupptions or delays relating to the use of the internet and the website). Furthermore, NSPJJ shall not be held liable or responsible for the function of the website or it's inability to function. Buyer acknowledges that viruses, hardware issues, and any other computer malfunctions do occur and are not holding the auction site liable for these issues. NSPJJ reserves the right to refuse any persons bidding for any reason.

• International Bidding: International bidding is forbidded at this time  Any international winner will be denied. All bidders must reside within the USA.

• Fraud:Any indication or evidence of fraudulent activity at the time of transaction will result in immediate action that will prevent the fraudulent buyer from receiving any good or sending funds. Any fraudulent activity will result in an immediate ban from notsoplainauctions.com. Notsoplainauctions reserves the right to prohibit anyone from the website for any reason.

• Marketing: If you win an auction, you are automatically enrolled in our Email Market Campaigns. By no means do you have to say subscribed. On the email there is an unsubscribe button and it will easily remove you from the list. These emails are there to inform you of upcoming events and auctions
