We are a very dedicated, easy to work with company that will do anything reasonable to show you that we value your business. We work very hard to make your experience with us a good one and feeling confident in us and our products.
We will be holding back-to-back auctions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings on a bi-weekly schedule. We will combine the shipping for both auctions to save shipping costs. We can also hold your cards from week to week if you want to combine them with future auctions.
Shipping cost guide.....
Up to the first 5 items won: $5.99 flat fee and every additional 5 items: $1.00 additional
(i.e. if you purchase 10 items: $6.99 shipping fee, if you purchase 15 items: $7.99 shipping fee.....etc.).
We only charge you for the extra lots if our cost to ship goes up because of the size or weight of the package.
We normally won’t charge you extra, but have it written that way just in case.
Every order is shipped with care, all cards are mailed in a bubbled mailer protected by cardboard in sleeves, a toploader, or team bags with a tracking number available to you.
International bidders must contact us first prior to bidding.
The shipping fee cannot be added directly to your invoice--it will be charged separately and automatically at the end of the auction when we ship your items, usually within 48 hours of the end of the auction.
The winning items will be shipped to the billing address on the credit card you used unless you contact us at Sara@ShaweValleyLLC.com, with a different address to send your items to or special instructions within 24 hours of the end of the auction. We will do anything we can to accommodate any needs or requests you may have so please ask
We get many questions about if we ship. Yes, for the sports cards and junk drawer auctions we provide shipping. For the cards, we ship everything protected in sleeves, many times top loaders, secured in team bags in between cardboard and mailed in a bubble mailer with a tracking number. We charge a flat fee of 5.99 for the first 5 lots won and a $1 for every 5 lots after. The extra dollar is only charged if the cost at the post office goes up for us because of size or weight. Normally it's not charged. We also offer to hold your cards and combine shipping with multiple auctions. Shipping is done the second day after the auction ends to allow 24 hours for any special requests or address changes.
The junk drawer lots are a flat fee of 5.99 with an extra $1 for every extra lot one. The extra weight of additional lots raises the post office fee. We send everything out well protected usually wrapped up and sent in a cardboard box, sometimes a bubble envelop if it secure.
