I wasn't aware that they don't ship items until after I hid & won the auction. Fortunately, it wasn't much money but if you're going to be one of the minority of companies that don't ship then you should post NO SHIPPING in a PROMINENT location because putting it in the small print at the end of pages of rules ISN'T HELPFUL.
