1. Item Conditions and Returns

• All items are sold as is, where is.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• All items are guaranteed 100% authentic.
• Condition descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, but absence of a condition report does not imply perfection.
• We cannot guarantee specific grades for cards.

2. Shipping

• We combine shipping for items within the same auction.
• Items will be shipped within 3-5 days after auction close.
• Please ensure your address is correct before the auction ends. Contact support for address changes before the auction closes.
• Shipping costs will be charged to the buyer’s card on file.

3. Bidding Process

• This is an Online - Internet Only - Timed Auction.
• Enter your maximum bid; the system will bid on your behalf using only what is necessary to keep you in the lead.
• A two-minute extension will be added to any lot if a bid is placed within two minutes of its initial closing time. The lot will close when bidding is static for five minutes.

4. Use of Site

• You must be 18 years or older and agree to receive emails from us.
• You authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for the hammer price, buyer’s premium, and applicable sales tax.
• Keep valid credit card information on file; failure to do so may result in termination of your account.

5. Membership Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current information and maintain valid credit card details in your profile.

6. Item Descriptions

• Items are antique, vintage, or used, and may show signs of wear.
• Preview inspections are available. All sales are final.

7. Buyer’s Contract

• Bids are binding. You are responsible for paying all amounts due.
• Unpaid items within 24 hours of auction close may be offered to underbidders.

8. Buyer’s Premium

• A buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price. Check individual auctions for specific premiums.

9. Sales Tax

• All sales are subject to sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid exemption certificate.

10. Retention of Credit Card Information

• By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card for the total purchase amount. Ensure your card information is current.

11. Prohibited Use

• Do not sell, modify, distribute, or use site content for unauthorized purposes. Do not decompile or reverse-engineer the site.

12. Shipping

• All items will be shipped to the address listed on your account unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be charged to your card on file.

13. Extended Bidding (“Soft Close”)

• Bidding time will extend by two minutes if a bid is placed within the last five minutes of a lot's closing time. This allows other bidders to increase their bids. The lot closes when bidding is no longer active.

14. Acceptance of Conditions

• Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
