I wasn't able to make the pickup, and left many messages to pick up at another time. It's a store, so their goods are all still in the store. I even went by to see if they were there, but finally went when there was a pickup for a different auction. The guy confirmed that they still had the items I had bid on and won, yet wouldn't honor my purchase, because by now 2 weeks had passed. He lied to my face that he hadn't gotten any of my several messages asking him to call me. He just kept asking if I had read the terms that I had to forfeit them if I didn't pick them up. Which I would understand if the pickup was at someone's home and after the pickup was over, the seller no longer had them. However, this was AT HIS STORE, yet he refused to give them to me after admitting that he still had them. Such a bad experience. Most other sellers are nice and courteous, but NOT HIM. And now I see one of the items that I already paid for listed again. Such a terrible business practice. He's even marked my purchase as complete, even though he never gave them to me. Thus, allowing me to leave this review.

Camera was in good condition but had the wrong battery included.

Unfortunately, this camera was from an estate and we did not test, nor check to make sure the battery and charging cord provided was correct. The listing for the camera didn't state that the camera was tested, working or complete with accessories. rnrnSadly, you didn't even give us a chance to try and rectify the situation before leaving a bad review.
