We do estate auctions, business liquidation/downsizing, and senior transition. We pride ourselves on being very detailed so we can get our clients the most value for their items. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will meet or exceed the expected bid amount or get a bid at all when using the auction format.  We can guarantee that you will receive proper respect and a diligent effort to make your sale a success.

You agree to the Buyer's Premium added on all lots sold. 

You agree to WA Tax Applied unless you have a resellers permit on file. 

All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee the precise accuracy of any descriptions or condition of any items sold on auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to come preview and/or verify descriptions of the items before placing a bid.   If YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Bidding By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay for the item and complete the transaction.  Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances such as when the seller materially changes the item’s description after you bid, or a clear typographical error is made.

No Warranty - AS IS WHERE IS - Items purchased from Easy Estate Auctions (EEA) come with no warranty, Items are sold as is where is.

EEA does not guarantee any uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.

REFUND POLICY: We do not provide refunds. Please take advantage of the preview day to verify descriptions as all items are offered 'as is'.  Descriptions are based on markings, info on items, by visual observance and/or by owner's say-so. Items are not tested unless description says that they are.

SHIPPING:  Shipping is only done for items marked 'Shipping Available.'  All shipping is done USPS unless winning bidder makes their own shipping arrangements.  USPS PRIORITY will be used in most cases.  I will combine winning lots when possible to ease the shipping costs.  If order is over $100, the extra insurance will be paid by the winning buyer.  Excessive shipping materials such as the purchase of a box will be paid by the buyer.  A standard Packaging/Handling fee of $8 will be added to all shipping orders.

WINNING LOT PICK-UPS:  If you miss the pick-up days and times without pre-arrangements, you are agreeing to forfeit your winnings.  No refunds will be done.  Each auction will post whether there is alternative pick-up options or not.  We do not have a warehouse and so we cannot store your winnings.
