We collect credit card information from Authorize.net, which will process winning bids upon closing the auction. Our company website does not store or access any cookies on your computer, deploy any third-party advertising or store any personal data from you or your computer.  Your information is only accessible to us if you submit a inquiry and will only be used as a means to contact you related to your estate liquidation needs.  As a general precaution, we will never ask for or encourage any sensitive personal or financial information to be sent via email. 

If you have provided an email for our Vintage Venerer's mailing list for current and future sale notification, this is stored securely and under no circumstances will we share or sell your email address to any other person or company. You can request to be removed from the mailing list at any time.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

For all Clients: We will discuss and enter a formal contract prior to the initiation of estate sale or auction services with clearly outlined and agreed upon fees that were generated based on event expectations and time-frames.

For all buyers: All purchases from online and in-person sales are sold "as is" with no return/refund option.  No returns will be considered at date/time of item pick up for on-line auctioned items. Any items not picked up during the pick up date and time posted for auction are considered abandoned and will not be refunded: credit cards will be processed including all applicable taxes and fees. All binding contracts are binding and you are responsible for paying all amounts due.  

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all items at pickup and communicate to Vintage Venerers' team member of any issues. If the buyer feels the item was misrepresented in the listing it can be discussed and mediated at pick-up prior to the buyer leaving with the item.

Unless authentication is provided and posted in the listing, all items are sold without a Certificate Of Authenticity.

Transaction currency: US Dollars

For all Online Transactions: We accept all major credit cards that are accepted through Authorize.net

RISK TO PERSON AND PROPERTY: There is no trespassing at pick up location prior to or following pick up of items. Entering the pick-up location is at your own risk and signs will be posted to reflect this. 

By registering as a buyer you agree that neither we (nor the seller) are liable to you for any damage to the items you purchase, to your other personal property, injury or death. 

We do not guarantee the safety or regulatory compliance of any items sold

Shipping:

This option is not available for all auctions and it will be specified if it is in the listing. Only certain items may be eligible for shipping and it will be indicated. Applicable shipping and packaging costs will be assessed on a case by case basis after the close of the auction. Winning bidder accepts the responsibility for these shipping fees and the card on file will be charged accordingly.  These fees are variable based on size of item and location being shipped. Shipped items are sold as is and not eligible for refunds.  Since we are not a shipping business, please allow up to one week for us to process your order. Items/lots may only be shipped to the address on your Auction Ninja account.
