I am out of state so at first I had some hesitation on bidding due to uncertainty of shipping. I followed the sellers instructions, notified even before bidding which gave me the assurance I needed to bid to win. After winning I reached out on pickup day as a reminded my lots would be shipped, all times I was very politely responded to in a very quick timeframe. Items shipped about a week later, as should be expected nobody should be rushed, and when shipped arrived 2 days later packed in amazing fashion to guarantee my purchases weren't damaged in transit. I will absolutely bid on their future auctions after this great experience!!

Not the friendliest at pick up. A younger girl was helping me(Super nice). Another women was really rude to her when she couldn't find something. No need to speak to your employees or (family member) like that in front of people.
