Just picked up my Tonka Toy Lot...Dan was fantastic ...everything was ready to go and he was real nice...The auction was well run ...items described perfectly and pickup was so easy and accommodating...I arrived early and he wasn't cranky like a lot of Auctioneers..Thank you again for making it easy, accommodating and a pleasure to do business with....Thank you Mike

Upon arrival to the pickup site, Dan and Harry greeted me and immediately let me know there had been an issue: one of the items-had been removed by the homeowner without their knowledge. They had attempted to call me the night before (unfortunately, like many of us, I don't pick up unknown numbers), and had already issued a full refund-rounded up, no less. The transaction hadn't yet appeared in my account, so I asked for confirmation, which they provided immediately and without hesitation.

Sensing my disappointment, they offered me an alternative item at a reduced price. They were upfront about its condition, clearly knowledgeable, and refreshingly transparent.

Then came the logistical hiccup-my vehicle was too small to transport everything. Without missing a beat, Dan and Harry offered to drop the items off at my house later that day, since they'd be passing by. And they did exactly that-no follow-up needed, no delays.

They were professional, accommodating, and went well beyond what I expected. Mistakes happen, but it's how people handle them that counts. Dan and Harry handled it all with integrity and exceptional customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Invictus Auctions again.

What a pleasure if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The 2 guys running the pick up were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. I was so happy to have someone help me put something in the car as I could not get help myself. The other items were packed already and ready to go. It was a true pleasure all around and organized. I have to admit having it already packed was a plus. Thank you for such a smooth pick up!

Had 1 minor issue, Batteries were left in 1 Clock, and hands got bent in the box while shipping. Straightened, all okay.
