It is the bidder's responsibility to either pick up items or request shipping of their items after the auction win(s).  Failure to either pick up items or failure to arrange shipping of your items during the pickup times will constitute forfeiture of your items.

Shipping costs will need to be paid via Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, or Credit/Debit card.
We do all our shipping in house.  All shipments are carefully packed and fully insured, and do not indicate contents.

Our terms run in conjunction with terms expressed in the Auction Ninja “User Agreement”.   All sales are final.
No returns, Refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Auctions may be modified, changed, or withdrawn at any time, at seller’s discretion.
By bidding you understand and agree to all seller’s terms and any bids placed are a binding contract to purchase auction lot if buyer is winning bidder.
All items are described to the best of the seller’s ability. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion, and should not be treated as a statement of fact.  Seller shall have no responsibility for any errors or omissions.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.  We try our best to describe each lot and any obvious damage or issues.

All coins guaranteed AUTHENTIC.  All precious metals are verified using Sigma Metalytics Precious metals verifier.

Coin grading is subjective.  When we are auctioning a "raw" (uncertified/ungraded) coins, we offer our judgement of its grade based on the extensive numismatic experience of our expert staff.  We do our best to accurately describe the true condition of all coins, including pointing out any flaws/areas of concern.  No guarantee is expressed or implied about what  grade a particular coin may attain if submitted to a third party grading service such as (but not limited to) PCGS, ANACS, NGC or CACG.  Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.  Thank-you.

All pictures offered are part of condition statement.  We do not "retouch" or modify any photos.  We take great care in providing the most accurate photos possible.  We understand that higher value coins are deserving of high resolution photos so that bidders can make an intelligent, informed decision when placing bids.  All photos are of the actual item(s) you will receive; sometimes we will also include additional stock photos from U.S. Mint site or other sites in order to augment the appreciation of the lot.  If needed, a video of a particular coin can be made available upon request when warranted.
