Silver Creek Antique & Estate

Silver Creek Antique & Estate has been providing the unique and beautiful since 1938.

Our antique shop is located in the hamlet of Locust Valley on the North Shore of Long Island. Our wide variety of fine antiques, artwork, decorative accessories and unusual collectibles has made us a favorite among discerning collectors.

We supply many of the top New York interior designers with hard-to-find, perfect finishing touches for their design projects.

Silver Creek was honored to help HBO create "The Gilded Age" by providing period props for the series which won an Emmy Award for their beautiful set design - featuring many items from Silver Creek.

We offer full service, personalized, luxury estate auction services to assist you in selling your home's contents whether you are moving, downsizing, or responsible for the disposition of the estate of a loved one. We carefully review your items with you to ascertain if they are best suited for auction or for sale in the shop.

We accept only a few auctions a year allowing us to give your auction extreme attention to detail and to make the pick up as smooth as possible.

A wonderful auction experience. I was unsure of some of the items I wanted to bid on and they gave me more photos and deeper descriptions to help me decide before I bid. IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

When you register for an auction conducted by Silver Creek antique and estate you are agreeing to the following Terms:

You affirm that your credit card is in good standing and will cover the charges, including all taxes, premiums and fees.

You affirm that you understand and agree to the allotted pick up time. You must pick up your items within this time slot or you will forfeit your item with no refund. No exceptions.

You affirm that you understand and agree that all items are SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS. We endeavor to photograph and describe each item in detail and to highlight any flaws, repairs or damage. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. It is to be expected that antique and vintage furnishings will show some signs of use and wear. When you agree to participate in this auction, you are agreeing that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, credits or returns.

You affirm that you understand that you are expected to bring your own packing materials as none are provided at the pick up site and that you will bring your own movers. It is your responsibility to make sure you can remove your item from the property.

You affirm and accept the Auction Ninja platform As-Is and do not hold Silver Creek Antique and Estate liable should the software stop working for any reason during the auction. Silver Creek Antique and Estate does not warrant that the Auction Ninja Software will be uninterrupted or error free.

You affirm that Silver Creek Antique and Estate is harmless and not liable for any malfunction of any kind of the Auction Ninja Software.

In the rare event that the Auction Ninja software fails and leads to the cancellation of the Auction, including after the auction has closed and payments have been automatically processed, each winning bidder will be notified by Silver Creek Antique and Estate of the cancellation of the auction and their money will be refunded completely.

You affirm and understand that to participate in an auction conducted by Silver Creek Antique and Estate through Auction Ninja, you, the bidder, accepts these terms and holds Silver Creek Antique and Estate harmless from any claim arising from any Auction Ninja software failure leading to the cancellation of the auction.
