Items under 12": USPS
If you have a small item, under 12", we can ship through the Auction Ninja USPS portal. They will send you a second invoice for cost of shipping.
Items over 12": UPS
If you have an item larger than 12" we work with UPS and YOU.
First, it is your responsibility to arrange the shipment through UPS by telephoning them and giving them the item details that are found on the auction page and your zip code. UPS will collect your item and pack and ship it for you. All charges for this are paid by you and are between you and UPS.

IMPORTANT: You must notify us that you are having your item shipped after you won your item.
We have local movers who work with us who can handle the Tri-State area and the East End of Long Island.

It is your responsibility to make arrangements with the local movers and NOTIFY US and we will make arrangements for pick up times. We understand they don't work on Sundays.

Plycon Shipping is another resource.
Again, we will make it happen for you - but you have to arrange it, pay for it and confirm it with the movers/shippers. We are not responsible for any item that may be damaged during shipment.

Where are you located?
We are located in Locust Valley, New York on the North Shore of Long Island but our auctions are all over!
Do you just do auctions?
No! We have a lovely antique shop in town, at 86 Birch Hill Road, Locust Valley NY 11560. We'd love to have you stop by.
What if I can't come to the pick up in the time allowed?
Don't bid. Our pick up times are set so that the homeowner has everything cleared out that day. Most of our clients have sold their homes and their closing is imminent. Therefore we strickly adhere to the pick up times. If you do not pick up your item during the scheduled pick up time, you forfeit your item without a refund.
Do I get my money back if I don't pick up my item?
Do you pack our items for us?
No. You must bring your own packing materials. Pay close attention to what you purchased so you are prepared.
Will you load my items into my car?
No. We do not have a moving staff. You must bring your own muscle and a car large enough to carry your item.
What if the item doesn't fit in my car?
There are Uhaul rental places nearby most locations. Check them out before picking up your item.
I am a dealer and am tax exempt. Do you charge me tax?
Before you bid, you must fill out your tax exemption information with Auction Ninja and they will grant you Tax Exempt status. This only can be done BEFORE the auction. We cannot refund taxes charged after the auction is over.
I didn't get an email telling me I won or where the pick up is. What do I do?
Go to your Auction Ninja Dashboard. It has copies of everything there for you.
I really don't like the item I bought. I don't like how it looks. Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final sale. There are no refunds, credits, or returns. We try very hard to document each item in our photos. We meaure and describe them to the best of our ability. You are purchasing used goods. They will not be in perfect condition. You accept this condition when you sign up to bid on the auction.
