About Us

We offer a range of customizable decluttering, downsizing, moving, and estate liquidation solutions in Northern Colorado. The services we have provided for our clients include: i) decluttered a home prior to it being sold, ii) assisted a senior when she downsized to a smaller home, iii) moved a senior from one assisted living facility to another, and iv) liquidated 80% of an estate in preparation for a move across country. However, the services above are only a portion of the range of services we provide. We start every project by identifying the desired outcome and customize our role in your project to ensure our clients reach their goals. Two key aspects of our company are our focus on repurposing, selling, donating, and recycling items to keep them out of our landfills and our ability to sell items for our customers to offset the cost of our service. Wow I dont recommend shipping from this company , I won and action for 2 small calculators that fit in a small priority box $10 and was charged 28 for shipping, Won the bid for $38 and after shipping, and all the fees , this calculators cost me over $100 never buying and doing shipping again,

This review contains misinformation. First, Mr. Argueta's total bill was $71.51. It was not over $100. Second, by using the word "Wow", Mr. Argueta is suggesting that something nefarious happened. In fact, we have all our shipping procedures and charges posted for all our auctions. If he read that information, he would have known the timing and cost of shipping.

We very clearly stated multiple times that the address of the auction will be sent out on the morning of the first pick up day. The cross streets of the pick location were provided on the auction web page prior to bidding so bidders have a reasonable idea of the location. All of this information is the second bullet point on the invoice.
