Bidder Terms & Conditions
A 20% Buyer's Premium shall be added to the hammer price of each lot. Per AuctionNinja's marketplace terms & conditions, the buyer's card on file will be charged the full purchase amount (including Buyer's Premium & applicable taxes) within 24 hours after the conclusion of an auction. Regarding sales tax, per Auction Ninja's marketplace terms & conditions: "Tax exempt Buyers must provide [to AuctionNinja] the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale."
All items are sold “AS-IS” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect each lot as to condition, size, authenticity and rarity to determine his or her own level of interest. Neither the auctioneer, nor the auction house shall be responsible for the accuracy of any printed or verbal descriptions. All weights and measurements are approximate.
The auctioneer has the sole right to re-offer a lot and/or settle any disputed bids.
The record of sale kept by the auction house shall be final in the event of any dispute.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. Some lots may carry reserves or minimum selling prices below which a lot will not be sold. The auction house will execute the reserve bids. The amount of the reserve shall not exceed the low estimate or the requested opening bid. Estimates are subject to change at any time prior to the offering of each lot.
The auction house shall not be held responsible for any errors or failures in the execution of absentee bids or online bids through third party hosts. In all instances the auctioneer’s interpretation of these conditions as well as any additional terms of sale posted on third party websites is final and binding on all bidders.

Purchase Terms & Conditions
Per AuctionNinja's marketplace terms & conditions, a buyer's card on file will be charged the full purchase amount (including Buyer's Premium & applicable taxes) within 24 hours after the conclusion of an auction. The auction house reserves the right to hold property until cleared funds have been received.
Items not picked up within six days following the conclusion of an auction will be considered forfeit unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction house. Pickup is by appointment only; pickup scheduling is handled through a third-party service and linked to in the purchase email notification sent to successful bidders after the conclusion of an auction.
Any buyers intending to have purchases shipped MUST notify the auction house via email (info@MoisanAuctions.com) before the pickup deadline specified above. Failure to pickup or communicate intent to ship by this deadline will result in forfeiture of purchases.
Shipment of purchased property is available through the Parcel Room, our recommended third-party shipper. The auction house does not offer shipping but will facilitate transportation to the Parcel Room at no additional cost.
Shipping expense is the responsibility of the purchaser; all inquiries for quotes, payments or instructions should be made directly to the Parcel Room (Auctions@ParcelRoom.com).
