Our team specializes in Residential auctions and estate sales. We Purchase Gold, Silver, Coins & Estate Jewelry. We also offer clean out services for business and residential properties.We currently conduct multiple auctions per month. Each auction is live for bidding for approximately 3-10 days. Items in our auctions come from local estates, individual purchases and consignors. We accept consignments from a single item to entire estates.

                        All items are sold As-Is, and without warranty. This means:

• No guarantees on condition, age, functionality, or authenticity.

• Items are not tested, cleaned, or altered in any way.

• All sales are final and no returns are accepted.

• We operate absolute auctions, meaning everything sells to the highest bidder regardless of price. This structure allows us to handle estate and liquidation sales efficiently, and ensures a fair and open market for buyers. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully, and ask questions before bidding.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed automatically through AuctionNinja’s secure system following the close of each auction.

  Payment

  As per our terms of service, your total invoice will be auto-debited from the credit card you have on file with our credit card processor. This charge includes the hammer prices, buyer's premiums and all applicable sales tax for the items you won.

  Invoices must be paid in full within 2 days of auction close. Invoices over $1,000 must be paid via Bank Wire, Zelle, or Cash.. Contact us for  instructions.
  
  Purchases of gold or silver over $300 must be paid via Bank Wire, Zelle, Cash. New customers must follow this rule due to fraud concerns. Repeat verified buyers may use card payments. We reserve the right to hold gold or silver for up to 10 business days for verification.
  
  
  
  Credit card payments (Billing address) must match the Shipping address to the registered account exactly. We cannot ship to alternate locations. All orders will be Shipped to the address you have on file with AuctionNinja Without exception

  Buyer’s Premium & Tax

  An 18% buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price. Sales tax applies unless a valid resale certificate and MA resale form are on file before the close of auction. The certificate must match the account info. We cannot remove tax retroactively if the information does not match.

  Warranties & Item Descriptions

  All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Condition reports are based on opinion and not guaranteed. Terms like “appears to,” “attributed to,” or “possibly” are not guarantees. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

  Auctioneer’s Determination

  The auctioneer has full discretion to determine the highest bidder, settle disputes, and reject or reopen bidding on any item. The auctioneer may withdraw lots or cancel the sale at any time without liability.

  Withdrawal of Property

  C&C Antiques, reserves the right to withdraw property from the sale at any time for any reason, with no liability.
